Location - unbeatable near to the Old Town, a poorly managed establishment and most amazing views from bar.

The place was grand old and truly exceptional. The well-mannered staff from check-in to check-out.- The location turned out to be fantastic and wonderful, right by the seaside, the town centre, and Tenby's. 

The staff at this hotel are friendly and efficient from the moment you arrive until you leave.

The room has a great view of the sea, is airy and modern, with a comfortable bed and excellent service, and is conveniently located near Tenby Castle.

The twin room comes with a terrace, storage, and a lounge, providing good facilities; it is situated in a magnificent location near a bar in a shopping area.

A grand old and relaxing hotel, my first choice in Tenby. Mostly very friendly staff from check-in to check-out.- Particularly good location right next to the beach in the shopping area.- Double room with great views. 

Generally, the place was relaxing and had mostly very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. I had airy, new-fashioned room with a storage space, a balcony, and coffee. The location was good and beds were lovely. I often went to Fecci's Fish 

Great location in shopping area, very close to the centre and gorgeous views and Tenby for a concert elsewhere. Suite with bedroom, bath plus the fan.

Fairly clean place with extremely polite and amicable staff members and sea views.

Everything was perfect and the view was exceptional. The room was airy and new-fashioned, it had a storage space, a balcony, and coffee. The food was outstanding and the location was magnificent. I usually went to Fecci's Fish & Chips to grab 

We liked the suite which was brand-new and well-appointed with a view which was stunning.

We stayed here before, always reasonably large rooms with new windows.

Views appeared to be bad.

Excellent location! It's super convenient being close to all the local attractions, shops, and right by the town center for shopping. Plus, you get awesome views of the beach from here. 🏖️

It was an amazing base for sightseeing in Tenby. Had much fun and met mostly very friendly staff from check-in to check-out.- The location was particularly good for Tenby, near to the rooftop/beer garden and restaurant.My rewritten version of the review: The
